So it's coming up to my summer holidays (UK) and I have a number of things I want to achieve. Kind of like a bucket list, but not "cool" things, they are mainly to do with health and that crap.
I thought I would share this with you for two reasons; 1. You may be interested 2. To motivate myself as I am making a commitment. I have decided to start this on 1st July, and things should hopefully carry on way past summer.

1. I would like to make myself drink at least 2ltrs of water a day. This should (hopefully) be quite easy for me as water is pretty much the only thing I drink. It's just the fact that I have so much to drink.

2. Eat at least 4 of my 5 a day everyday. Now I know you are thinking why not say 5 a day, well you see I have little variation in my diet, the fruit/veggies I eat are the same everyday. I also hate fruit. It's just disgusting in my eyes, but I really do enjoy eating vegetables and salads. I have great difficulty eating 3 of my 5 day everyday, so I thought I would give myself something I could actually do.

3. Do some cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes. This is so doable in my life but I just never have any motivation to do it. I will do either one set exercise like running/swimming or do a number of things in the 30 minutes like skipping and star jumps and high knees ect....

4. Do strengthening exercises at least every other day. Like lifting weights/sit ups/press ups/ect.....

5. Eat little to no sweet food, I like my sweet stuff. I just love it and some once I have one thing I want more, so I think I will just cut out it all and then there is no temptation.
