FASHION WISHLIST

If you do these three steps then you won't necessarily get "perfect" skin as everyone is different but if you stick to them and keep going then you will find a difference over a period of time.

1. Eat healthily. This post has been partially inspired by A Model Recommends, in her post she basically says you are what you eat. Which is so true. You mainly associate bad food with fat and fitness but it really can make a huge difference to your skin.

2. Drink water. Again this is mainly associated with a healthy body but it keeps your skin hydrated and leads to healthier skin.

3. Routine. I have noticed once I found a good cleanser/mousturiser that works for me if I use it regularly then my skin gets so much better. If you are always changing your routine then it won't make your skin worse but it probably won't make your skin a lot better. So if you find something that works for you and do that everyday/week then you should notice a difference.

Can you dare to bare?
