FASHION WISHLIST

Today has been a bit more difficult, I have had serious sugar cravings all day and have had to try so hard not to give in to temptation. I went to my friends house for lunch today and they had some gorgeous chocolate chip cookies, I wanted one so bad but resisted. I have also realised I haven't even told you where I found my inspiration for the challenge from Sophies blog. She came up with the 100 Healthy Days Challenge and started this blog in April last year. It is massively motivating and I would really recommend you check out her blog, here.




Breakfast: Special K, pure orange juice
Lunch: Salad, cheese bun (white bread), handful of crisps, grapes
Dinner: Homemade cheese and onion pie, broccoli, carrots, peas
Evening Snack: 2 rice cakes, one with peanut butter and one with nutella
Drinks: Honey lemon & green tea, ginger & lemon tea, Slimatee and not enough water! Not good.
Exercise: 1 hour walk, 40 minute cycle

  1. Sounds like a fun project! I've made it my resolution to eat fruit at least once a day, but sometimes I am too lazy so I'll just order a glass of fruit juice. Pricey:/ Btw, sugar craving is indeed hard to resist, you just have to stay strong heheh:D
