Saturday was my first day back at work after 2 weeks off, I really enjoyed getting back into the swing of things. However I did not eat very clean, I'll use the weekend as my excuse. However if I want to reach my goal I need to treat every day equally.

Day 3
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich (wholewheat bread), salad
Afternoon Snack: handful of mini eggs
Tea: Veg (green beans, carrot, broccoli), bread and cheese
Pud: Chocolate cake, irresistible!
Drinks: Water, green tea
Exercise: 3 hours of dance teaching

Day 4
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: Cheese on toast (wholewheat), cucumber and salad
Afternoon Snack: 2 lightly salted corn cakes
Tea: 2 quorn sausages, baked beans & oven chips (naughty)
Drinks: Ginger & lemon tea, Water
Exercise: A couple of Blogilates videos
