I recently saw this new mascara in Boots and thought I would give it a try. I am always on the hunt for a volumising mascara so this is right up my alley.
First off, I'm not too keen on the packaging, I think it looks quite cheap and it's not really what I expect from L'Oreal, however it does the job.

The wand is a bristly wand, I definitely prefer these to plasticy wands as I find they give a lot more volume and make your lashes less clumpy. The brush is also quite thin, this makes it really easy to get right to the root of the lashes and also makes applying the mascara to the bottom lashes a lot easier.
The formula is quite wet, which makes it quite difficult to apply, but I think after a few more uses it should dry a little, making it easier to apply and give a better effect. As you can see in the image there is definitly more volume and I also think it has given loads of length, which I wasn't expecting. My lashes are a little clumpy, again I think that may be because the formula is very wet however it isn't too bad at all. I also feel like it has given my lashes quite a lot of lift, these pictures are without my lashes being curled.

I am really impressed with this mascara and I will definitely keep on using it. If you want to purchase this mascara you can find it here, for £7.99.
Let me know if you have used it.

  1. I normally love Loreal mascaras, but I found this one way too clumpy! Such a shame as I know so many people that love it!

    1. I do see what you mean, it's not the best however I have found it pretty good so far xx
